YLA Limited Product Warranty:
At YLA, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our metal furniture. We are delighted to offer you a five-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, ensuring that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship.
What Our Warranty Covers:
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.
  • Structural concerns, such as warping or bending, that occur during normal use.
Exclusions:
  • While our furniture is designed to bring lasting beauty and function to your space, certain conditions are not covered under this warranty:
    • Improper usage or handling of the product, including the use of unsuitable cleaning agents or chemicals.
    • Non-adherence to the care and maintenance guidelines provided with the product.
    • Exposure to environments that may compromise the furniture, such as extreme humidity, chemicals, or direct sunlight.
    • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
    • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, discoloration, or superficial damage resulting from everyday use.
    • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
    • Cushions and other non-metal components are not covered under this warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
Should you encounter any issues covered by our warranty, we are here to assist. To initiate a claim, please provide proof of purchase, your Certificate of Authenticity, photographs of the defect, and a detailed description of the problem. Our Promise:
If your product is deemed defective under this warranty, YLA will take appropriate steps to address the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, at our discretion.
